Here at Black Cat website designs the idea of a low cost website being poor quality is simply not entertained. Some of the best things in life are free so the idea that the more you spend, the better design you get is clearly a sales pitch! A bigger, more involved website will cost more than a 3 or 4 page one, purely because of the additional time required to build it and add content, but the design should still be beautiful and optimised for desktops and mobiles regardless of how big the site is.
